Nubevest AI provides an all-in-one multimodal AI platform offering:

AI-powered chat and conversation capabilities
Voice interaction and processing
Image generation and analysis

Related AI tools and features

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with or without notice.

User Accounts

To access certain features of our platform, you must create an account. You agree to:

Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract our AI models
Use automated systems to access the service excessively (rate limiting applies)
Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
Infringe on intellectual property rights
Generate content for misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent purposes

Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you input into our platform (“Input”). By using our services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, and analyze your Input to provide and improve our services.

Generated Content

Content generated by our AI in response to your prompts (“Output”) is made available to you. You are responsible for evaluating the accuracy, appropriateness, and legality of Output before use. We make no warranties about Output quality or suitability.

Our Intellectual Property

The Nubevest AI platform, including all software, algorithms, designs, trademarks, and content (excluding user content), is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

Subscription and Payment

We offer both free and paid subscription plans. For paid plans:

Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)
Payment is due at the start of each billing cycle
We may change pricing with 30 days’ notice
Refunds are provided only as required by law or at our discretion
You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
We reserve the right to suspend access for non-payment

Disclaimers and Limitations

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING:

Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of AI-generated content
Uninterrupted or error-free service
Fitness for a particular purpose
Non-infringement of third-party rights

AI-generated content may contain errors, biases, or inappropriate material. You should independently verify any important information.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NUBEVEST AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nubevest AI and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will cease immediately. Provisions that should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification) will remain in effect.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You waive any right to participate in class actions.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our platform and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
